Refund policy

SECTION 1 - RETURNS
We gladly accept returns on items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. If you wish to return an item, please contact us to initiate the process. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For your convenience, we can provide a return shipping label and deduct the cost from your refund. Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. The refund amount will reflect the original purchase price minus the cost of the return shipping label we provided.

Please note that all handmade items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns to ensure the quality and integrity of each piece. We appreciate your understanding and support of our handcrafted work.
