My piggies devoured it!

I received my order today and normally my pigs love their timothy carrots and poops BUT they are not the same quality. Some of the poops look like Oat Hay. My pigs ignore me when they get their hay treats but not this time. I have 6 piggies and none of them are eating the hay carrots or hay poops. I gave them a better look and the hay looks completely different for my past orders and do not smell the same. I am so bummed because it was a large order ($$$). As a last attempt I gave them a hay twist, but I got the same reaction : ( please go back to the way it was.

Anything made of timothy hay is gone quickly. Lasts much longer then the hay bundle
